Many world-famous artists grew up in Montreal. McGill University, where ILSC’s Montreal summer school is held, is one of the top 40 universities in the world. The campus is 35 km from the city centre. Students stay in double rooms in the dorms on the McGill campus. Bathrooms are shared. Accommodation includes 3 meals a day. 17 lessons (15 hours) of English language training are given per week. Classes are offered 5 days a week, between 09:00 and 12:00, according to 5 different language levels. Classes are for a maximum of 15 people.
After classes, various activities are organized in the afternoon and evening: team sports, crafts, performing arts, treasure hunting, dance party, etc. There are also 2 half-day and 2 full-day excursions organized each week: Ottawa, Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Six Flags, Bike Tour, Grevin Wax Museum, Olympic Stadium, Laser Tag, Montreal Planetarium, Museum of Fine Arts, Contemporary Art Museum of Montreal , Jean Talon Market.
